Service Fulfillment Once a contract is signed and the initial payment is received, our team will begin fulfilling services as outlined in your proposal or scope of work. Deliverables may include, but are not limited to: - Campaign strategy and planning - Content creation and delivery - Paid media execution - CRM implementation - Performance tracking and reporting Each scope of work will include clear timelines, deliverables, and communication cadences. Delays due to missing client inputs or approvals may shift timelines accordingly. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that business needs can change. To ensure fair treatment for both parties, the following cancellation and refund terms apply: Cancellations: - Clients must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance. - Upon receiving notice, services will continue during the 30-day notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing. - No refunds will be issued for services rendered during this notice period. Refunds: - Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances: - If agreed-upon deliverables are not provided within the contractual timeframe, and - The delay is not due to missing assets, client-side delays, or force majeure events. - In cases where a refund is approved, the refunded amount will be pro-rated based on the incomplete portion of the work. Please note: Strategy, consultation, and any completed work, assets, or digital campaigns are non-refundable once delivered or launched. Dispute Resolution If there is a disagreement regarding service delivery, we ask that you reach out to our team first so we can work to resolve the matter in good faith. Our goal is always to align expectations and deliver value that exceeds them. Agreement By working with Sowell Media, you agree to the terms stated above.
